Dell Sh*t Again

So I'm on the phone right now with Dell customer service, and apparently the Canadian tech support number they gave me routes to the USA...of course, why would it work right? Anyway, the reason I'm calling them is because I received a SECOND hard drive in the mail late last week, with no information in it, and I STILL haven't been called back by customer support on the many issues (see previous post) I've had. So the woman transfers me, and says she'll stay on the line, and I get some voicemail for a company that is not Dell, and the woman has left me. So I call back, and this time I have to get transferred again, and a different woman says she'll stay on the line with me...I tell her the last woman promised the same, and I get a dispatch centre, who then forwards me FINALLY to Canadian customer service.
So the guy looks over my file, and sees what's going on, and says he'll send me a return slip for my refurbished Hard Drive I received (that's right - they send me a used replacement for a new computer!) and he'll forward an e-mail to Benjamin and Benjamin's supervisor about why I haven't received a call back yet on all the issues I had. He actually seemed very helpful...however, I'm very skeptical, since Benjamin seems helpful at first too! But I take my chances and finish the conversation with him.
On a side note, I ask him about their return policy, since I am so far very displeased with my purchase, and have only been able to use the laptop for less than a month, even though it's two months old now! Turns out I've got a one-month return window, no matter what. That's unbelievable, especially considering my first complaint was within the 1st month, and I've been waiting on them calling me back pretty much ever since then!
So now I'm just going to sit and wait until Friday for a call back from them, and if I don't get one, I'll see how far I can fling this shit until it hits someone's fan, because I'm definitely completely fed up with this bullshit already!
